Within the framework of my work as VP STEP of ELSA Switzerland I take care of our Student Trainee Exchange Programme called STEP. This programme enables students and young lawyers in Europe to complete an internship abroad and to gain valuable experience.

My field of responsibility contains the coordination of the Exchange Programme within Switzerland as well as assistance and encouragement of the individual local groups to find traineeships and applicants. In this connection I’m available in case of questions and support the officers by supplying them with all necessary material and assistance.
A main focus is on the marketing of STEP, e.g. by providing various marketing materials or by placing STEP in different media.

In the international network I represent the interests of ELSA Switzerland and work together with the officers on the improvement and development of our Student Trainee Exchange Programme.
